My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln:
I was in the process of an internet search for my truck when called by Neil Murray Jr. He was extremely helpful and went over their inventory in great detail as well as all insentives Ford was offering on the truck I was seeking. This lead to a test drive date set. I will add I live nearly 2 hours from this dealer and passed 4 dealerships to get to them. Neil is a gentleman of the highest caliber and I was made to feel I was his only customer although he made 4 sales the same day!! Once I had found my truck and we had agreed on a price the dealership became even more helpful with finance options I had not considered and warranty information that made my experience one that I will always look back on with fond memories. I also asked to meet the maintenance department and was given a tour of the facility and left feeling confident that any work they would do in the future would be of the highest quality. I generally hate going to dealerships from years of bad experiences. To say I was a hard sell is putting it very lightly. These guys won me over. Thanks for the opportunity to give them the praise they deserve, especially Mr Neil Murray Jr.

I've never had a car sales man to be as open and as honest as Charles Flowers was, the man knows his job very well. He had us in and on our way in a new car which seemed like no time at all. I had been shopping around all week for a new car and got all kinds of run around storys, finnally i said thats it Im trying one more place and that was the best thing i could have done. When we got there and meant Mr.Flowers we knew right off that he was the best car salesmen we have every meant. I will not take my bussness anywheres else but to Preston in hopes that Charles Flowers will be there the next time i need a car, truck, or horse and buggy.

Being from out of state Mickey Henry made our car buying experience easy and simple. All information was swapped in the early morning via telephone, and email and within a few hours we were on our way to MD to purchase our F150. Mickey Henry was very personable and provided exceptional services for our needs. I would recommend Mickey to anyone interested in a great car buying experience. He provided us with ease as we negotiated to our desired price range without being rude or pressuring us to commit to a deal we didn't feel comfortable with. Mickey bared with us and made this an over all great experience.

My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln:
My 2010 Ford Edge body work from a minor accident as well as a normal service check. After the insurance company was advised that I would take car to Preston Ford where I purchased vehicle, the next call I received was from Cherrita Cox of Preston who was pleasant, organized and helpful.

About a month later, I called Cherrita to schedule a time and she had a rental car(paid for by insurance) waiting when I arrived. When the repair was taking longer than planned and threatening an scheduled out of town appointment, Cherrita expedited the job.

Cherrita was always on top of the situation and made sure I was advised immediately. She even read ny manual to explain to me how to correct a problem I was having with my radio.

Earl Murphy went to great lengths for a few weeks to find us the best deal possible. We were in a bad financial situation & he hit a grand slam! He went above & beyond what ANY salesman would do. If you think you cant get approved, call Earl Murphy! He will put you in a car. The entire finance department and managment team, including Mike (forget his last name) have the best customer service skills and worked SO hard! We cannot thank you all enough!! We WILL be buying another car in the near future and will be back!

My overall experience with the sales person was great. I felt like he took the time to get me into a car I could truly afford rather than just pushing me into something. He was very curteous and patient with me and the huge plus was that he actually listened to my wants and needs. The sales manager was very eager as well to make sure I was truly satisfied with my deal. I would recommend the salesman to other potential buyers for sure.

My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln:
I made an inquiry online to purchase a new Fusion. Within minutes I recieved a phone call responding to my inquiry from Neil Murray Jr. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional, and most of all very accomodating. My husband and I decided after test driving the car that we would purchase it. When it came time to completing the paperwork, that's when we met Jaime Robinette in financing. What a great guy! He made the financing which is usually the most difficult, very easy and made sure he met our needs. We feel very good about the deal we made and not to mention we love the car! These two men are definately an assett to the establishment and should be commended in every way. If other car dealerships had these two men, it would be selling cars like crazy! I am very pleased and would return in the future and would recommend them to friends and relatives.

My Review of Preston Ford Lincoln:
This might appear a bit peculiar to you, but...I spent the most awesome day on Thursday the 24th of March at Preston Ford.
I can honestly say that I departed from there about 6 hours later with more than I had brought with me, emotionally and physically; 2 new tires.
They had to order the tires I needed and I decided that I would rather wait than come back at another date.
The people there are friendly and courteous from the mechanics to the sales people and to the office personnel. I might even say that when lunchtime came around they asked if there was anything that they could get for me.
I read,sat and observed, and met many beautiful and varied neighbors; a buffet of people walked through their doors,and Preston Ford dealt with all of us in the same manner......GRACIOUSLY.

Next new vehicle of course, Preston Ford.

So happy that they are our neighbor.
