They do not care about the customer I drove an hour to the store from home yesterday 03/16/20 with my approval letter of auto loan from Bank of America, i choose the car and I presented I drove an hour to the store from home yesterday 03/16/20 with my approval letter of auto loan from Bank of America, i choose the car and I presented my letter to the dealer. They did not accept my approval letter becasue they were trying to give me their own auto loan, I repeated 3 times I want to use my BOA auto loan and they told me my loan was declined (BOA confirm the loan is still ok), thye showed me a kind of fake paper where its said declined. I asked them to show me the rates and interest, but they said they can not show me that until I.m approved by them and the approval is after I signed for the car. Also they requested me for money down but I insist to use my BOA loan. Manager was so nasty, becasue he did not let me to talk, he just asked me to sign their papers and put money down. At the end they wanted to charge me 3000 extra dollars witht he "new" deal. I just left the office very angry and disappointed. I mada a formal claim to BOA becasue they work with them, but this dealer do not want the money from the bank, they want their own business and they do not car if you pay more or not. More

Bait and Switch $$$ Price Accura's Service Dept. are bait and $witch masters. Once they have your car, they know you need it so Price is no object. I checked on line and on the high end of parts the total was $110.00 the high end of labor was $289.00 BUT the charge was $600.00. Of course I had no time to research another repair shop for costs. Very very upset I took my car to price Acura for a replacement water pump and an oil change.Im not going to go into all the details because I want to contact B.B.B fi I took my car to price Acura for a replacement water pump and an oil change.Im not going to go into all the details because I want to contact B.B.B first and a lawyer but to make my long story short they stripped something while changing my oil,now my car is leaking oil and after paying a crazy amount to have my water pump changed on a car I haven't even had for a year that for them to fix it the RIGHT way would be 500 plus dollars,huh?why should I have to fix what they broke?! So they tried to tell me it was already stripped.O.K if was then why wasn't I dripping oil before I brought it there?They refused to fix what they messed up without charging me for and wouldn't even give me a discount on getting it fix,so finally I took my car dripping oil and all to another dealer.,and guess what they already knew that a power drill was used forcefully on it that's why it wouldn't screw back in. More
