Hi, mscreole. We sincerely apologize that this issue has not yet been resolved. Our dealership has submitted a "goodwill" request to our corporate office on your behalf. We have asked them to consider assisting you with these repairs, which are beyond the scope of the dealership. As confirmed by the corporate call center agent, we are awaiting a response from the corporate office to that goodwill request.
