I have had a bad experience with Price Leblanc service team several times. But i can guarantee this will definitely be the last. I like the dealership, i don't like Service department. I have had one too many disappointments with the service staff. This last visit was the final straw. I asked for air to be put in my passenger rear tire because it said it was low. Now its time to check out she says my tire has a nail in it and they cant repair it because i did not purchase it form the dealerahip. And i need to take it back to where i purchased the tires from. Why not ask if i would like to purchase new tire from there? She was very dismissive and i felt disrespectful. I said ok, paid my bill she gave me my receipt no thank you or reminder to complete the survey or have a nice day. I will travel out of town to get my car serviced before being mistreated by your staff again. More
