On March 11brought in my 2021 RX350 for an oil/filter change along with multi-point inspection. On March 23, I was in Jackson, MS to attend a funeral. Before leaving Jackson, I stopped to refuel. When I went to attach one of those portable car starter batteries, I noticed horrible corrosion on both terminals. There is absolutely no way a mechanic could open the hood of a car to do a "mulit-point inspection" and not notice the horrible corrosion on the terminals. I now wonder if they even changed the oil and the filter, although they did put a new sticker on the front windshield. I was extremely disappointed! There was no verbal mention of the corrosion or written documentation of it. This was not a problem with the service advisor, but with the mechanic servicing my vehicle. More
