Buying from Price Pro was far and away one of the best, easiest, low st Purchased my new to me 2012 Cadillac SRX Premium from Price Pro earlier today! Buying from Price Pro was far and away one of the best, easiest, low stress car purchases I've ever made! I stumbled across Price Pro while looking for used SRX Premiums with relatively low mileage at a reasonable low price on Cars.com. Price Pro was already ahead before I had even contacted the dealer. They had an SRX that was priced 3500 dollars less than a similar vehicle locally (I'm from Erie, PA) with the same options and similar mileage, along with a clean Carfax and maintenance history. I immediately shot an email to Price Pro through cars.com to get additional details on this SRX. Within an hour of requesting information I received a phone call from Sam Hackney with Price Pro. I could immediately tell that things were going to be different with Price Pro. Sam was extremely friendly and great to chat with (GO STEELERS!!!), giving me information on the SRX and the dealership's no pressure buying process. I explained that I was in PA, but would be making the 3 hour drive to Price Pro to check out the car. We setup our appointment and away I went. Arriving at Price Pro this morning, I was greeted by Sam and the friendly staff. Sam was extremely friendly and courteous, taking time to explain the whole dealership philosophy (Internet based company, no pressure, non-commission sales, volume based dealer, cars priced at wholesale). Once we were comfortable, Sam gave us the keys to the SRX and told us take the car out for as long as we liked to get a feel for it. The vehicle itself was in fantastic shape! Considering I had test driven 4 other SRX's this week, this was the cleanest used car of the bunch, and at the lowest price! To say the least, the car was going home with me! Getting back to the dealership, Sam was working on paperwork with another customer, but told us he would be right with us. We hung out in the comfortable waiting area, enjoying the free coffee :) Once Sam was done with his other customer, I explained a minor concern with a rock chip in the windshield to Sam. Sam went right to one of their techs to verify that the chip had been repaired to ensure that I wouldn't have any issues down the road. Once we got that sorted out, we got the paperwork started. One awesome thing with Price Pro is that you deal with ONE PERSON through the entire car purchase start to finish. So instead of being passed between a whole bunch of random people like most dealerships, Price Pro has you work with your salesperson the entire time, which was great! Sam got all of my paperwork ready to go quickly and had several finance options ready to go for me in just a few minutes. Sam also presented several options for extended warranties in a no-pressure fashion and he wasn't at all upset or offended when I declined the extended warranties since I do all of my own car work. With all the paperwork signed and ready to go, Sam even took the time to go put gas in my new SRX for the drive home since the fuel light had come on during our test drive. Sam went above and beyond to take care of me to make sure that my car buying experience was fun and painless! It was a pleasure buying a car from Price Pro and Sam! I will gladly make the 3 hour drive again for another clean car and awesome deal from you guys! Thanks! More

Meanwhile I have applied for financing on August 14, 2018. On August 16, 2018 I have check where we are? Unexpectedly the badly professional limited skills Juan Pena inform me that this car has been sold to different customer. This dealership has no loyalty to prospects, so be carefully whom are you purchase from. If they lied to us on purchase, we don't know what they cover up on their cars. More

Buyers Beware!! Called Price Pro next day and they recommended I buy the extended warranty for $1700 and maybe they could make a claim. Took to an actual Audi dealership and they told me it is a serious electrical issue and will require a minimum of $320 dollars just to diagnose. I was told repeatedly someone would call, but out of salesperson's hand. Have yet to be contacted. More

Mind you the salesman was texting me throughout the day and could have mentioned this. This is now an unnecessary credit pull and does Price Pro care, nope! I had already purchased one car from them the day before and if I could return it, I would it. They could be the last dealership in town, they will never get my business again! More

Bad experience I had previously bought a car a Price Pro about two years ago and returned to buy a car for my wife. Living an hour away I provided the salesman with my current vin number and asked if he would be able to give me a range for which i could trade my car in for. He replied saying he could not give me a price without seeing my car. I drove an hour and when I arrived he had not run any of my information and was unable to find a similar or comparable car to base the trade in value. He told me he just didn’t think it would work and still could not give me a trade in value for my car. He said he never heard of the model of my car and did not reach out to anyone to help him. He never went out to look at my car or appraise the value. I told him I felt I wasted my time driving and would have appreciated if he could have run the VIN prior to my arrival so I didn’t not waste drive time. He was arrogant and rude and did not apologize once. He argued with my wife and I and repeatedly said that we “need to understand” what he is saying. I am not new to buying cars and this was a terrible experience. More

I drove 4 hours from the Pittsburgh PA area and well worth it. The dealership is very easy to find just off of the toll road. The facility itself is very nice and organized and they had a lot of incredible vehicles. Z had the vehicle washed and ready for me test drive upon my arrival. The vehicle was as it had been presented. I found Z very honest and very up front to work with the entire time. The actual purchase process was very easy.
