Easy to use but be smarter than me I worked with Z to purchase my 16 Toyota Sienna. I had been in the market for months was pregnant and needed a bigger vehicle quickly. I finally found the van make model and number of miles I was comfortable with for the price and thought I had everything in order. My husband drove up (1.5 hour) after work to purchase the vehicle . We weren't looking for the "perfect" used car. We saw there was some scratches inside and that was what we expect in a used car. But z never mentioned the scratches on the bumper we saw the next day in daylight. He car didn't appear to have been swept out or wiped down , it was kind of gross. But again something I could do -not a deal breaker. When we were signing papers I asked for then second key only to find out there wasn't one. I know they sell as is but Z told me it would only be $150 or so to get another key. Not the case it's $425+. I didn't have a new car prior to this car so I didn't know any different. I found that out months ago and was disappointed but shrugged it off. I have decided to right this review bc I am pursuing the decision to purchase another fob and am told that I only have HALF THE KEY. So apparently my car has the fob and a "hidden" key that can be removed and use if the fob breaks for some reason.... I DON'T HAVE THAT. The only way I can get keys now is to replace the entire unit. I'm not happy at all. The money I "saved" purchasing the vehicle now would have to be used just to get more than one usable keys. I haven't called price pro because again I am aware their answer will be - we sell as is... so I know I would just get frustrated and be left helpless anyway. So yes the dealer and experience signing paperwork and purchasing the vehicle was easy but I believe Z knew more about the key situation than he led on. He sees enough keys to know that it was missing a major piece and I didn't . I would consider myself a smart consumer but they definitely took advantage of me in this regard. Two stars. More

I was making sure I got all the information before spending a full day in the car, and the team here couldn't have been more helpful. As soon as they knew it was still on the lot at the end of the day that Saturday, they held the car for me to make the drive on Monday to test drive and eventually purchase the car. I've waited this long to give my review because I wanted to make sure it was legitimate, and that no issues arose that would nullify my buying experience, but over 15,000 miles later, I am still singing their praises. When I got there that Monday, I asked why the price for the car was so low, given other comps in Wisconsin or even Illinois and Minnesota, and the response was: PricePro employees don't rely on commission, so there is no price inflation there, and they do a 500 mile radius search before pricing the cars, to try and be the best price in the area. Well, even if none of that is true (though I certainly think might be), I drove about 15 hours to Ohio and back with a good friend, and we ended up with a great 2013 car with decent mileage at a price that was at least $3,000 less than anything in my own state with 10-20,000 more miles, and I'd do it again. Heck, I WILL do it again if their inventory and my needs align again! Thanks Z, and thanks PricePro. More

I live three hours north of PricePro in Oakland County, Michigan. I started working Z Mehdi through email and the website. He worked with me on a value for my really old trade-in with 170k. He got me all settled with every bit of info and documentation I needed. Very friendly and to the point. Got me in and out in under an hour. The price was incredible, I saved $2,500-3,000 over local prices here in Michigan. Got my Jetta for $12k with only 27k miles on it, where the same vehicle went for $15k locally. The three hour drive was worth it. Hopefully, I'll get to work with them again. Seeing how I've been dragged over coals locally lately, I just might make the trip again. More

Worst Car Buying Experience DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PRICEPRO!! I purchased a car from them and it was falsely advertised/misrepresented. Also, before purchasing the car, I DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM PRICEPRO!! I purchased a car from them and it was falsely advertised/misrepresented. Also, before purchasing the car, I was told via email that there were no accidents reported and was even given a report supplied by PricePro (not a Carfax report) that showed no accidents. I decided to run my own vehicle history report and had another dealership provide me with a Carfax report. Both reports show 1 major accident with airbag deployment reported on 5/13/16. So, not only did they falsely advertise the car, they lied about the car having been in an accident. PricePro is one of the shadiest and most dishonest dealerships out there and I would highly advise never purchasing a car there. More
