Buyer beware - Do your homework There are a lot of great reviews about this dealership and I to be completely honest I too had a great experience with them on a previous purchase wh There are a lot of great reviews about this dealership and I to be completely honest I too had a great experience with them on a previous purchase which is why I went to them again on another purchase. To be clear, they offer a 90 day 3000 mile powertrain warranty on all used vehicles. My first purchase was solid. I did not purchase or upgrade to an extended warranty from them. The facts are that my vehicle's transmission along with clutch, clutch plate, etc. completely went out while I was on vacation the week of July 4th of this year. I purchased the vehicle at the end of March. A transmission going out that soon, really? I have since sunk a fair amount of $$ to keep the vehicle on the road. The dealership had nothing to offer other than "I should have purchased the warranty". When I called recently for a referral on an extended warranty to protect all I have done to he vehicle, they had no information other than "call your insurance agent". If you are in the used vehicle business, I would expect you to know more about these things right? Again I got nothing - nothing but my own dumb, bad luck I guess. I hesitate to write this review, but I just feel it needs to be known. They are very nice folks for sure but in the end, I am left with a poor product. Reading through other reviews, I now see that I am not the only one who has had this experience. I am actually in the market for another vehicle for my daughter - they just lost my confidence and my business. More
