Simply had a DEF service, made an appointment, for a couple days later, they took in the truck, did a assessment, the cam and told me that the DEF heater was bad, and that my Extended warranty would cov couple days later, they took in the truck, did a assessment, the cam and told me that the DEF heater was bad, and that my Extended warranty would cover the cost.
