My experience with the service department was not good for the money they charge. I got an oil change and they didn’t even include a courtesy next due oil change sticker. They “explained” that the vehicle for the money they charge. I got an oil change and they didn’t even include a courtesy next due oil change sticker. They “explained” that the vehicle has an internal timer that can be “setup” to include a reminder. However, that doesn’t appear to have been done. Additionally, they wanted to charge over $2800 for non essential repairs. It appears they are just wanting to make money, the proverbial quantity over quality. More

I took my BMW for service and an oil change. Received my car back and my windshield wiper fluid was still empty and the light in my car still said my service was overdue.
