The ultimate in customer and car care! I love their professionalism in everything they do. I have an older model BMW but I am treated with the same respect and service as anyone with a much more expens professionalism in everything they do. BMW San Antonio brags that they are the 'largest' and have the 'most traffic' of any BMW dealership in the country, but that, a lot like their customer service skills is patently false. Bottom line, it' have the 'most traffic' of any BMW dealership in the country, but that, a lot like their customer service skills is patently false. Bottom line, it's a lie. My issue is with their service department and in how they sequence and treat their customers. In having an emergency situation with my new vehicle, I first had to wait in a line of cars for over 45 minutes while attempting to get into the service bay. Then, I dealt with a service team who clearly has gotten too used to being the only BMW dealership in town. In a larger city like Dallas or Houston, this dealer would close if they treated their customers like this. They had attitude. They provided no solutions to very simple issues. They were unprofessional. What's worse is that they allowed me to drive away from the dealership knowing I was in a potentially unsafe vehicle. I scheduled with another dealership on my way back to North Texas. They were shocked at how the SA dealer treated me and openly said it wasn't the first time they heard of poor treatment at that location. More

I took my BMW to the service center to get a diagnostic check for a drivetrain malfunctions alert. After 6 hours they told me I needed a new battery and new tires and that there was a recall for a child s check for a drivetrain malfunctions alert. After 6 hours they told me I needed a new battery and new tires and that there was a recall for a child safety latch. I bought the battery and they installed it and sent me on my way. I asked the service advisor Luis Cotto if he had fixed the recall, to which he replied via text in all caps THE RECALL NO! The manager Albert said they would run another diagnostic and see if they could fix it because the error could be a hundred things. I figured the diagnostics machine could pin point the error! Do not come here it’s a scam and a rip off!! More
