He also wasn’t very knowledgeable about automobiles. Finance wasn’t a horrible experience but I signed paperwork for a set financing agreement and was called back later to be told that the terms and payment amount had changed costing me more money in the end. I have had to bring the vehicle into service twice in the one week I have owned it and the service department is always helpful and polite. More
