My sister and I went there only to look around to see what sales they had as I needed a vehicle, but did not have a specific vehicle in mind. Travis was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, had a sense of humor and overall a wonderful individual. Though I was not sure what I wanted, he was extremely patient and he made me feel like he was one of my own family members going through the experience with me. He made it very easy for me to make the decision on one of the three vehicles I was considering. I also met some of the others like David R. Jones - General Manager, Meghan McHenry - Delivery Coordinator Manager, Jeffery D. Pelfrey - Sales Manager and others who were so wonderful, attentive, caring that I did not feel like I was with a bunch of strangers, but with friends. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and they just made everything so easy that I got through the paperwork much quicker than I expected. I was quite surprised. I will definitely tell anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to go there for one of the best car buying experiences they could ever have.
