I began a Jeep Ev Wrangler lease in May of 2023. First, the car had to be returned within one week due to some "adjustment' to the gas/kept bouncing gas back out and couldn't fill. But let me back up - the guy who sold me the jeep told me that I took the tax incentive for the EV and I had to explain to HIM that his dealer got it - hence the cheaper lease rather than than an non EV. xxx? Since then, had to replace the stabilization bar, all of the shock (have never gone off road, EV battery recalled twice, transmission pan/fluid leaking, coolant leak - it's been non stop JUNK!! Jeep sucks and will not help me. a lemon lawyer won't help me because I am now over mileage. The car sucks and the dealers suck and they know they are selling you xxxx, They totally took advantage of me as a woman. They also told me that the lease was two years - nope it's four years! Now I am stuck driving a death trap around. DO NOT lease a jeep nor buy one and def do NOT work with this dealer. More
This is one of the most backwards dealerships. The sales associate lied to me many times. He acted friendly and told me my car would get fixed. He even said they would set up an Uber for me on my return ride home which they didn't and the response from another associate was "I'm sorry he said that I will have to speak to him about that" The sales manager was telling me at length how there's a lack of communication in the company and how the boss comes in and yells at him in front of customers. Every time I called to figure out what was going on after the sales associate Harry gave me" update" whatever he was telling me would end up not being true. The people I was trying to get real answers from would audibly sigh and say something like, "Oh, yeah I know..." as if to say that they know this guy is unreliable. I don't know if this guy is the owners son or what but it was a very strange thing to see. Also the service manager Sam gave me the runaround so many times and I ended up spending $200 in Ubers that I really didn't need to. The lack of customer service was palpable. I live an hour away and I dropped my car off and then had to order a $45 Uber back home (which Harry had said would be provided) only for Sam to call me back 20 minutes later and say, "So, we can't fix your car because we don't specialize in Ford and we're going to send it to the dealership but they can't see the car until next Tuesday (1 week)". I said to him, "How did you not know that? How did you not know that you don't specialize in Ford and that there was a possibility you might have to send it to the dealer? You didn't even give me the option to wait. I would have waited and saved myself $200 in Uber fees (which accumulated over the week)". I couldn't justify spending another $45 immediately after spending $45 to get all the way back home. I wasn't going to let Sam's disregard for the customer cost me $90 right then and there. So they never fixed the car even after saying they would and when I say they it doesn't matter whether it's the sales associate or anyone else, they said they would. And in the end they ended up costing me $200 unnecessarily. I think none of it would have really been that big of a deal if they were just honest with me instead of lying and saying that they were going to do all these things that they never actually ended up doing. aAso the lack of consideration for the customer and the lack of knowledge: you would think the service manager knows whether they specialize in electric Ford vehicles are not. It makes you wonder how some people get their jobs especially when they're dealing with large amounts of other people's money. More
Beware the dealership is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy. They removed an engine and turbo from my brand new truck with 30,000 miles and absolutely hacked it back in there. DO NOT shop your vehicle at this place under any circumstances. This outfit is a classic bait-and-switch as it gets. Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them! More

Amazing service and staff! !! Had my vehicle towed there after another dealership had not serviced it after 5 business days. Spoke with Scott who gave me an appointment for !! Mike the service advisor called to update me as to what they found and then called me again to say my car was fixed!!! When I picked it up, the mechanic Tim, who worked on it, came out to explain what he fixed. I even met the owner Paul and thanked him for the excellent service and professionalism of his staff. I will definitely be going back for any service I need. Highly recommend!!! More
Dec 2023 dropped jeep off oil change etc get ready for winter, picked up, next day check engine light on, gas cap lite on, tires under pressure, called dealer the following week asked them to check it, mg winter, picked up, next day check engine light on, gas cap lite on, tires under pressure, called dealer the following week asked them to check it, mgr mentioned it may be battery, i had purchased a new battery a few years ago, this made me nervous, i called and spoke with Paul, he had me bring it right in, they reviewed concerns and smoked the gas line i believe - all fixed no charge, great job, couple days later same problem, took it back priority spent the day investigating issues, resloved every one, its been 3 weeks now, jeep is running great, these guys care and will do whatever it takes to make sure your vehicle is running well and safe, definately recommend priority jeep More
