Within 5 minutes of arrival, my car was up on a rack, inspected and reassurance given to me that it was, indeed, just the air conditioner. Stellar service!!!!! More

I then went to the page and initiated a chat but that was only sales (let's you know what they value and what they don't) so they sent my info to the service department... 2 hours later I received a SMS message from them. I relayed my questions and the info I needed from them and she stated that a service adviser would email me. In between all that I filled out a special order form on their website. So count that -4 different ways I've attempted to contact them using THEIR supplied methods of contact and here 8 days after the first attempt and 5 days after the last and nothing. I can only surmise that they are so busy then neither want nor need my business or they are incompetent. Either way they get their wish - I cannot see a reason to go to their dealership. At this point, should I need a dealer item I'll get it online from another dealer and if I need dealer service I'll go to Lexus of Richmond. More
Customer Service I took my 2015 RX 350 in for its 5,000 mile service. The staff was wonderful, however one individual went above and beyond. When I picked up my car I asked to speak to someone about a spot I had on the car. They sent Matthew Goodwin, from detailing out to speak to me. I asked him if he knew what I could use to remove the spot, which i thought was tree sap. He looked at it and said that was was it was and he noticed a couple of other minor scratches on my car. He asked me if I had 10 minutes and I said yes. He took my car and not only removed the tree sap he got the scratches out. Thank you for having such a wonderful team working for you!!! More
Great customer service experience Brought my gs 350 in for a recall issue, and was told by my service advisor that it would take a week to have the issue resolved. So my service consultant gave me a call stating hat the car was ready and that she knew that I lived far away, so I could pick it up on Saturday. I was just amazed at the great job that of the service team. Especially after dealing with Casey BMW for a year, now that was a nightmare. Anyway if you need some work done ask for Lillie stanfield, she's the best. More

We are having trouble with the satellite radio in my wife's 2010 RX350 (have had it less than a year). I have called service three times only to be told that there was nobody available to talk to me so wife's 2010 RX350 (have had it less than a year). I have called service three times only to be told that there was nobody available to talk to me so I have left a message each time. Never has anyone returned a call from my messages. I have called the Richmond Lexus dealer and they have told me that they are very willing to take over the service of her car and that I should bring it in right away and they will replace the radio. Service dept is very cordial and pleasant as always.They got me in ontime and out ina reasonable amount of time. I bought two Lexus SUVs with the thought that I was buying two quality vehicles that, in turn, would be supported by a quality service department. In my opinion and after owning these vehicles for a wh buying two quality vehicles that, in turn, would be supported by a quality service department. In my opinion and after owning these vehicles for a while, the vehicles have performed to my satisfaction. However, support from the service department is NOT satisfactory. I have had several experiences where I have had to wait two to three weeks in order to schedule routine maintenance for my vehicles. I feel this is an extraordinarily long wait time. I have had the experience of being stranded with a flat tire and being told that I would have to wait a week before I could be scheduled to have my tire repaired. I'm not sure what I was supposed to do in the meanwhile. I have had repairs done and have had to return my vehicle to have the same repairs done again. This is more than inconvenient considering I had to wait so long initially to have the work scheduled. Complaints to the service department seem to go unheard. More
I have worked with these ladies for years including Angie in Va Bch. They are an assett to your company. I have bought 12 cars from CB Dealership in the past 21 years and have never had a service issue in in Va Bch. They are an assett to your company. I have bought 12 cars from CB Dealership in the past 21 years and have never had a service issue in either locations. Of concern to me especially is the ability to get a loaner. Always clean and available. More
