Wes Potter did a fantastic job of explaining the value of the Honda Accord, its impecable service record, and its excellent gas mileage. After purchasing multiple Hondas from this dealership over the last decade, my wife and I are truly pleased with their attentiveness to detail, responding to our requests, and structuring the financial deal to our budget. A job well done by the Proctor Honda team!

My Review of Proctor Honda:
It was an excellent buying experience made possible by sales person Ray Maguire, slaes manager Burt Price and business manager Mike Hagan. We drove the Pilot on Friday, received a great price quote from Burt on Monday and committed to buy the car on Tuesday. We requested running boards be installed and figured 2 or 3 days for the dealership to order and install them. When we went to fill out the paperwork and pay for the vehicle on Wednesday, we were totally surprised to find that the car was detailed ready for delivery. Ray and Bert made sure that the service department got the running boards and install them on Tuesday evening. Ray was great about explaining all the bells and whistles on our Pilot Touring model which I consider to be a rolling computer. The service department even set up our cell phones to the hands free system. Ray followed up with a phone call to me on the following Monday to answer any questions or concerns we might have about the SUV. We love our Honda Pilot, the deal we received and the way we were treated by the staff at Proctor's. When the need arises for another vehicle, Proctor Honda will definitely be our first stop.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Proctor Honda is THE place to purchase a car. I sent an email to Proctor's to set up an appointment to test-drive one of their cars. Obie promptly sent an email back and then followed it up with a phone call. I test-drove 10 different cars (pre-owned and new) over the next couple of days (they are closed on Sundays), and asked Obie approximately 1,001 questions. He was very professional, friendly, courteous and infinitely patient with all of my questions (and test-drives). There was no pressure at all to purchase a car, and I was able to take my time and concentrate on finding the car that would suit me the best.
With Obie's help, I found the perfect Honda for me and I am very happy with the whole car-buying experience. When it came time to do the paperwork, my husband and I were introduced to Patrick Williams, who was also friendly and professional, and he very efficiently moved us through the buying process.
Don't bother going anywhere else, just go to the best: Proctor Honda - and ask for Obie!

We were treated like gold and can honestly say the car-buying experience was enjoyable!! Everyone was very professional, courteous and listened to us to make sure we received exactly what we wanted. We particularly appreciated that no hard sales tactics were used. They acted more as resources and friends. We love Hondas and will definitely refer our family and friends to Proctor's for the same great experience we had!!!

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Donny was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him on buying my new car. I also worked with him in 2006 when I bought my first Honda.
Unfortunately, before I met with Donny, I did not experience great customer service. The night I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested, my Mom and I were disappointed that 1) Donny was not even given the message that we were coming, and 2) we were basically ignored.
It was much different from our first visit in 2006 when everyone at Proctor was great and the customer service from every person we encountered was wonderful. The manager even came to greet us in 2006. This time, though, no one payed us any attention.
I was very happy to see Donny on the day I bought my car and very impressed, once again, with his knowledge and cheerful personality. Donny Young is a fantastic salesman and I hope that he will always be available for anything I may need when working with Proctor.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
I came to the dealership in the pouring rain with the intent of just looking. Terry was wonderful, and didn't mind going in the rain to retrieve the vehicles for a test drive. After 4 hrs of test driving, negotiating, and paperwork, I left with my new, post graduation car. Obie was very helpful with paperwork. Being a recent grad, I was weary of going to a large, well-known dealership, for fear that'd I'd get turned down, and not helped adequately with my purchase, but the team at Proctor Honda was just awesome. I'd recommend them to anyone...AND I LOVE MY NEW RIDE!!

Smooth transaction. This was the 2nd Honda I have bought from them. I hope they can give me a low enough price on a Civic Ex-L to buy it for my daughter later this year.The only improvement would have been if AHFC would have offered me the lower rate I qualified for in December, but the dealer was unable to control that.

This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from Proctor Honda and specifically Mary Smith. She is very knowledgable, professional, personable and low key. She answers questions, offers suggestions and works very well with the customer, making the purchase of a vehicle seamless and easy. The business office personnel are also very efficient and pleasant to work with. The rare visits that I have made to the service department have also been positive and professional.
