Terrible Service Department Incompetent Brought truck for diagnosis. Was misdiagnosed, insisted NEW fuel pump was ban and if it infact was then their replacement ($830 later) should have fix Brought truck for diagnosis. Was misdiagnosed, insisted NEW fuel pump was ban and if it infact was then their replacement ($830 later) should have fixed it. They bad mouthed my mechanic stated it was wired wrong. Again, their repair should have fixed it then. Was towed back from them 3 months they had it with still the same NO START electrical issue. R&R Automotive fixed it! A fuse, new xxx wire from BCM to Fuse box and new battery as computer tested it as weak so even though cranking, battery too weak. So A wire A fuse and Battery. Complained to Mr Prothro about this as well as how obnoxious Mr Epps is. Per Mr Prothro he states Mr Epps in "CONTACEROUS" and I guess that's part of the job description as he okay with it. BEWARE More
