DO NOT BUY HERE! You will be highly disappointed! The GM is rude the Sale Manager is the worst you will ever meet. I bought a Ram 1500 just over a year ago from them. You will be highly disappointed! The GM is rude the Sale Manager is the worst you will ever meet. I bought a Ram 1500 just over a year ago from them. They lied about going over the truck I had to take it back 3 times it was not driving correctly. They assured me they fixed the problem the tires were not balanced correctly mind you they just put new tires on the truck. I went to get my first inspection a year later and needed tires because the alignment was so out or wack it would not even show up on the digital read out at the shop I took it to because they said it’s not there problem they would sell me new tires it’s on me. I don’t use the truck that much and put 9,000 miles on it in a year so I went through tires in 9,000 miles? I don’t tow with it my truck is a grocery getter. I bought it in August of 2024 never thought to check the heated seats my drivers side stopped working in October after trying to use it and they said “Oh well we can charge you to diagnose and fix it” who tries a heated seat in 100 degree weather buying a truck. This dealership is the worse I ever been at. The service manager is very nice but has his hands tied by the GM who is a greedy person. I can give you plenty of other dealerships to look at Jeff D’Ambrosio, Savage 61, New Holland Jeep Dodge Ram. Save your money time and aggravation. I hope this helps someone looking for a truck, jeep or any dodge product. If another dealership says wait a week we will get you something wait because you will save so much aggravation. More
