Steve is a very professional man and takes time with his customers..he explains every little detail and tells you what you may expect if the problem isn't resolved... I used to have what they call a bronze card, but that was done away with a few months ago..it really helped me...now I have time pay for the oil changes and rotation, that puts a dent in my social security check...the oil changes/tire rotation was for lifetime... Just wished they could have given me some other type of service (oil change - tire rotation)... I'm a senior citizen 72 and a veteran of the Vietnam era... More
