Feeling like a complete fool for trusting this dealership. I went in for an oil change. I did ask that they check the Tire Pressure Monitor System monitor. I was not told that checking this sys dealership. I went in for an oil change. I did ask that they check the Tire Pressure Monitor System monitor. I was not told that checking this system would cost $200. When they told me that one was bad and that it would cost $300 to replace it I turned down that repair along with two others. They still billed me $200 for the diagnostic. Afterwards I took the vehicle to a tire dealer I use who diagnosed the bad Tire Pressure Monitor System free of charge within 15 minutes and replaced it for $70. While I was at the dealership I did have another repair done that was recommended. I now realize that I could have gotten it done for significantly less elsewhere. I didn't check the bill closely when I signed and paid. I trusted them. I feel like I was played. I won't be back. An oil change turned into a $713 bill. More

Beware of Used Cars from this dealer. Bought a 2017 Titan that had a check engine light after only 200 miles from purchase. Took it in and I believe they reset it was all as the light cam Bought a 2017 Titan that had a check engine light after only 200 miles from purchase. Took it in and I believe they reset it was all as the light came on 3 more times after that, took it in EACH time. Finally opted to trade for another vehicle, dealership offered no discount, no bargain or a higher trade in value on the faulty vehicle they sold & off I went with a 4Runner when I wanted a truck. Traded the 4Runner for a truck elsewhere and NOW the finance department is giving me the run around on cancelling my extended warranty. If Better Call Saul owned a car lot, THIS would be it. More
We had narrowed down the vehicle we wanted to a vehicle they had. I met with Nate on a Monday to test drive the durango we were interested in. The team at pueblo Toyota made this purchase so easy with minimal stress. Their team is one I would recommend to anyone. The drive was a bit far to purchase a vehicle but well worth the drive. They have my up most respect for the way they treated us and the impeccable service they provided. We had a few after hours conversations while he wasn't on the clock. That in itself would give me the reason to highly recommend him to others. Well done Pueblo Toyota your team is amazing. More
Was pleasantly surprised the ease of working with this dealership to obtain the vehicle selected. From doing significant on-line research, we had already zeroed in on the vehicle. So, it was the process to verify vehicle availability, do a test drive and then understand purchase specifics on which to spend our time. Because of the distance (~50 miles) from the dealership, we had to organize schedules via email and telephone to meet the salesman, drive/ride in the vehicle and then organize purchase details. The fact we were buying the vehicle with cash made everything easier. Excellent coordination and communication with our salesman ensured we were able to finalize the purchase the next day. Further, due to all the new "bells and whistles" on this model, our salesman took extra time to ensure I knew how to safely operate the vehicle before the purchase and he also answered my spouse's questions ahead of time to ensure we were both comfortable operating the vehicle after purchase. Excellent Service! I went in for regular maintenance of my 2005 Toyota Prius and they found I needed brakes. They put them in and I got my car back that day. I kept hearing metal to metal in my back tire area which made me make another appointment and they worked on them again. I think the most AWESOME part of Toyota is that they valued me as a their customer. They DIDN'T just say "Oh that customer has a screw loose". They continued to work with me to find out what my vehicle's problem was and they fixed it. Thank you Pueblo Toyota! More

I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough a ***OUT OF STATE BUYERS, BEWARE!!!*** Worst possible experience! I am a buyer from CA, I speak to the sales rep and ask for a video walkthrough and I specifically ask to be shown any imperfection. She sends me the video and in the video states that there are no imperfection; "the car is in awesome condition!" When my auto transporter gets there to pick up the vehicle, he takes pictures all around the car, and sends them to me. When I received these pictures I was shocked! There was clear and evident signs of a front collision!! The front grill was broken, the paint in the front was severely scratched, the bumper is loose, etc. All throughout the vehicle there are significant signs of off road use. I have been trying to speak to the general manager to discuss this situation for 2 weeks and have had no luck reaching him. Apparently he shows up for 1 hour to 1.5 hours a day. I've tried email, voicemail and calling daily and have had 0 luck! If you are an out of state buyer, please please think twice before committing to this dealership. Read more of these reviews!! Side note.. my purchase agreement that me and the sales manager signed.. was for a car with 6,753 and when the driver picked it up the vehicle had 6,813 miles. That's 60 miles that the vehicle was driven after I signed the purchase agreement!! There's a clear reason why their rating is where it is. Please consider taking your business elsewhere! More

Vern and Stephanie were awesome in steering us in the right direction in purchasing another vehicle. The certified used 2016 Toyota Highlander had the features and color that we were wanting without the high pressure sales. The finance department (Brantt Quint) was efficient in expediting the financing at an affordable rate. Nerick was friendly and thorough in servicing our 2013 Toyota Tacoma at this time.
