Puente hills subaru received possession of my 2022 Subaru BRZ , had me sign a sales contract to purchase my car and than when it came time to pay me for it they said we will pay you once the title tra Subaru BRZ , had me sign a sales contract to purchase my car and than when it came time to pay me for it they said we will pay you once the title transfers to their name within 3 to 5 days. Prior to taking possession and receiving our signatures for the sale of the vehicle not once they mentioned the delayed payment. We have been chasing them for the payment for over a month. They avoid us no one return our calls. The sales woman/title clerck Daisy intially chased us to bring the car in , now will not return any of our calls. General Manager will not call us back . They advertised our car for sale the next day and within few days they sold it for a large markup and still failed to pay us. How were they able to transfer title to the new owner and claim they are waiting on DMV paperwork. Over a month later we are having to file complaints with the authorities trying to resolve this. As a repeat customer we are extremely disappointed. The Bakhtiari group ( Oscar and Brian )owns that dealership and the employees will block all attempt to reach the owners. Avoid that business. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL More

Good salesman but that is about it - my first encounter with the service department just to get an accessory installed was a total mess. Took them about 2 hours to solve how to put on a rear bumper cover with the service department just to get an accessory installed was a total mess. First oil change for the 2023 Forester. Dropped off the car at 9:15AM for the 9:20AM appointment. Picked up the car at 11:45AM. 2.5 hours for an oil change and no complimentary car wash? The service was completed around 10:10AM when I noticed the car was pulled out of the service bay to the parking lot. I thought it went to the complimentary car wash and waited. By 11:30AM I SMS the service adviser for an estimated of completion, he said its done and come see him to complete the paper work for pick up. It turned out no car wash and the car was parked unattended in the parking lot while the owner was waiting in the waiting area for more than an hour. What a wasting of time! More
