I had hoped that our phone conversation would have helped shed some light on your experience and it is unfortunate to hear that you still view our interaction in a negative light. We would never sell someone a car that they did not want. It is simply not how we do business. We always try to do everything we can to help and work with any potential customer. We want every customer to drive off of our lot excited about the great purchase they just made. When we realized that you were not happy, we took the car back. While this was far from the ideal ending, I believe it was best for all parties concerned, under the circumstances. I strongly disagree with your suggestion that we “tried to scam” you. A contract was signed, and we followed that contract to the letter. When a situation like this arises, we do our level best to do right by the customer. We don’t disrespect our customers, we don’t scream at customers and we never – I repeat, never – engage in any illegal activates. We know that purchases like this are a big investment for people, and we approach each and every interaction trying to understand how we can best help the process to be as painless as possible. We honor our contracts and expect our customers to do the same.
