My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
The experience I had with A. Kaplan from Queensboro Toyota was just horrible! He promises the world takes a deposit and then three days later tells me he can't get the car I want and then trues to up sell me on a more expensive model. This is exactly the clique the car industry needs to avoid not encourage. Please STAY AWAY from Mr. Kaplan he is not an honest man, just another sleeeezzzeee ball of a car sales man.

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
I came in to purchase a new Yaris. I signed papers and everything they said they would get me the car by the end of the week. I had to call them since I never heard from them. They told me they were having difficulties locating the car. The next day Arty called me saying they couldn't find the car but would sell me a corrola instead. I didn't want a corrola I wanted a Yaris. And to make matters worse Arty kept calling me "Sweety and Sweetheart". I ended up getting the car at Toyota of Manhattan in less then a week.

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
First, I did my research on a Toyota Sienna LE. I researched about the car itself and also the pricing by going to edmunds.com and also requesting quotes from other dealers. Once I got the lowest price, I had to convince the dealer that I thoroughly did my research and that I would not pay a penny more. He figured that I knew what I was talking about and didn't try to add anything after that. They made it very simple. The quote that I got was the price that I paid. It also helped that there was a promotional 0% APR for 48 months so that I didn't have to compute the finance charges. They were all very nice to us. It was a pleasant experience. I liked it so much that I gave them business for two more Siennas for my friends.

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
Pros:
The sales rep was very friendly and helpful. I bought a brand new 2008 Rav4 from here. He explained every feature of the car in details. Ask for Alonso. He made sure we were happy with the sales experience there.

Cons:
We did not get a good price on the car we traded in. It was a 2001 Nissan Maxima GLE. We had gotten better quotes for it from Nissan Dealers.

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
I had the most wonderful experience purchasing a car from Jennifer. She was completely honest on the internet and the telephone, she explained the difference between the different camrys and made sure I purchased the exact car with the options that I wanted. I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a toyota to call her. She introduced me to her manager al who was shy but I could see they had a wonderful relationship and that he completely trusted her to give me the best pricing! I felt like part of their "family" as she said in her emails to me.. very professional and very pretty too!!

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The service department at Queensboro Toyota specializes in insurance fraud. Roberto Peralta is either an idiot or corrupt. You'd think that buying a new Rav 4 from these guys would get you honest, timely quality service. WRONG! I took my new vehicle to Queensborough Toyota service for an insurance claim. The insurance estimator said a week was reasonable and the service department agreed. Just trying to check the status on the vehicle was a nightmare. The operator simply routes you to a phone that the service people never answer. They also don't return their voice-mail messages. One week dragged into two weeks and then three weeks. I had to take time off from work twice just to get the status of the car. For the third week, they lied to us each day saying that the car was ready but the paperwork was not done so we couldn't pick it up. When we finally got the car, the work was of terrible quality. It was so bad that even they had to admit that it was not acceptable. They didn't even perform the work specified by the insurance adjuster but guess what - the dollar amount was identical to that allowed by the insurance adjuster to the last cent. The car was also filthy - the service personel left the carpets soiled, the inside of the windshield had a huge scratch running the entire length, they didn't even clean up the broken glass as the insurance company had itemized. They also actually forgot to re-install parts that were removed while installing new parts. My car actually has fewer parts than what it had originally. At the end of the day, they have all of the insurance money, I have a car with shoddy and incomplete repairs with missing parts and now I have to fight them to correct the situation which will take even more than the three weeks already wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, especially Roberto Peralta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Queensboro Toyota:
the dealership is surrounded with bab wire making your buying experience uncomfortable. when i approached salsesman i found he spoke very little english and he did not even have the model which i wanted not only to test drive it but to even look at it. he told me that he can make an appointment to get a car so i can drive it who whats to go through all that just to see a new car. he then brought me into a cubicle and showed me pictures of the car. i later bought the car from five town toyota. this dealership is unprofessional and especially unpresentable. no customer parking and the deals dont make up for it. try to by vechile from one of the volume dealerships on long lsland the extra half hour drive will save you money and assure you a 100 percent better buying experience. this dealership is like a homeless bum under a bridge and that is where it is located and what it looks like.
