I used Radley's collision center for the repair of my vehicle that was involved in a rear-end collision. When I picked up my vehicle on August 14th, 2024, I pointed out to the service advisor that the tr vehicle that was involved in a rear-end collision. When I picked up my vehicle on August 14th, 2024, I pointed out to the service advisor that the trunk floor hard cover was missing. We looked around for it but were unable to find it. I left with the vehicle and was promised that this would be made right and told to expect a call. No call was ever returned. I called twice more over the next couple of weeks and again was promised a call back, and like previous experience there was no call back. I left a final message with the dealership over a week ago, this time I was promised that Colin Radley would personally return my call that day, again no return call. At this point, I truly believe they are blowing me off and hoping that I'll simply go away. I have a plug in hybrid with a now exposed auxiliary 12 volt battery and hybrid electronics package in the trunk. I worry now about simply grocery shopping with this vehicle as I don't want any of the expensive components in the rear damaged or shorted. I can't get any satisfaction from Radley Chevrolet at this point and will move on to filing a complaint with the auto repair governing authority in Virginia, my insurance company who paid for the repair, and GM Customer Service. I've lived in the area for 15 years now and have used both Radley Chevrolet and Radley Cadillac several times over the years. I will be taking my business to other franchise dealership in the future. I've never been more disappointed in my GM experience as Radley Chevrolet has left me. More
I had an oil change and tire rotation done on 2/2/24. Upon the return of my vehicle, I could smell antifreeze, but could not locate where it was coming from. A few days later my boyfriend noticed the Upon the return of my vehicle, I could smell antifreeze, but could not locate where it was coming from. A few days later my boyfriend noticed the reservoir was low and that antifreeze was leaking from under the car. I took the car back in and was told the water pump needed to be replaced, was quoted $1,300 and it "may or may not" need a thermostat. Mind you I have driven this car since July 2023 with ZERO issues until I took it in for the oil change. I received no update on if the thermostat was to be replaced- and was called to let me know it was complete. My total was around $100 more than what I was originally quoted- $1435. On 2/13, I called service to get a shuttle to the dealership so that I could pick up my vehicle, and the receptionist seemed annoyed with my request. I waited 45 minutes and no one arrived, so I had to Uber to the dealership and paid $15. Upon picking up my car, I noticed the check engine light was on- it was not that way when I dropped it off. I drove it back to the service bay and was told that the technicians forgot to plug in the new thermostat when the water pump was replaced. Seriously? No one noticed that the check engine light was on as a final check? This is the second vehicle I have had problems with at Radley. The last- it took 7 repeat visits and they still couldn't get it right. I have no faith in the techs that work there. I have the VIP service package with my vehicle now, but honestly, I'd pay to take it elsewhere for service. That's how much I just don't trust them. If you look through Google reviews, you will see other complaints of things "breaking" after routine service. More

Sad dealer I've purchased 5 new vehicles there and never get to use my oil changes that are sold in the deal because I have to wait 2-4 hours. They said just make an appointment that's great but it's 2-3 we get to use my oil changes that are sold in the deal because I have to wait 2-4 hours. They said just make an appointment that's great but it's 2-3 weeks out so I guess I just park my vehicle until they can fit in a loyal customer. We'll no more loyalty More
I have a 2002 Trailblazer and the mileage is approximately 46,000. Decided to spruce up the vehicle so took it to Radley. Justin was the service writer that I worked with. The needs as evaluated approximately 46,000. Decided to spruce up the vehicle so took it to Radley. Justin was the service writer that I worked with. The needs as evaluated by Radley were Brakes all around, New Tires, Upper and lower ball joints, and replacement of all heat/AC doors that control the AC/Heat distribution in the vehicle, as I requested.. I went to Radley to pick up the vehicle and found as delivered back to me, the AC vents were not functional and obviously not tested by the mechanic. I Never left the lot and put vehicle back in service bay. After that the AC doors were still dysfunctional and required reloading the software that controls the positioning of the doors, no obvious Quality check. The next attempt to pick up the vehicle I found that the Brake job which was rotors, pads, fluid replace & hopefully bleed the brakes. Obviously an item that was not tested and the brake went nearly to the floor without successfully stopping the vehicle. Back to the shop again and was returned to me delivered and finally it looked like we may be OK, but now the AC doors are intermittent and the cold air has changed to less than satisfactory cool air when it works. The contents of the Glove box was jammed into the center console rather carelessly. After spending more that $5000.00 on these repairs I am VERY hesitant to return it to Radley service with concerns that are due to the total lack of Quality Control over their service bays. I would like the systems to function as designed but feel the Monetary hole may grow deeper if I take it back to Radley. We have been using Radley for years and they have become less than trust worthy for my vehicle repairs. The rating reflects my opinion. More
FOLLOW UP: We FINALLY got the vehicle in the shop. Never heard from Mr Pittman since the initial call. They replaced the carpets and crossing their fingers it won’t leak again. We will see. But this dealers heard from Mr Pittman since the initial call. They replaced the carpets and crossing their fingers it won’t leak again. We will see. But this dealership is AGAIN not helping us. The vehicle still isnt done- We have a business trip planned and let Vikki Koons know previously about it and now she is going back on her word and they refuse to cover our rental while our car is in the shop and we’re away on our trip! And NOONES even wanting to help us. It seems like reviews are the only thing that gets them to do something. So here you go. More

Husband’s car part of class action lawsuit settlement for defective engine which lead to over consumption of oil. While repairing, Radley service called and said another part should be replaced as it could give out anytime. Husband ok’d the repair. He had to pay out of pocket, but under the lawsuit it SHOULD HAVE been reimbursed because the failure of that part is tied directly to low oil levels which was caused by the manufacturer defect. Upon investigation from the lawsuit folks, Chevy will not reimburse us HUNDREDS of dollars because Radley service changed their tune and how they wrote their notes saying it wasn’t required, there was no damage on the parts, and that my husband elected the work. NOT the story they gave my husband to convince him to get the work done. DISHONEST AND GREEDY. This is exactly why we don’t trust dealerships. Never buying another Chevy vehicle again, and definitely never going to Radley while we still unfortunately own this one. More

The last two times we had tried to get our cars serviced they have tried to rip us off. Recently Justin the service manager called to tell us how our car was in terrible shape. But we could trade it in and explained all the great deals. When we said we had a dealer we always use he became rude and wanted to know how he was going to get paid for his diagnostic. The trip before this one? They wanted $2000 for brakes and rotators because they were so bad. Car didn’t pass inspection. My husband bought $64 brakes and it passed. Be warned. Nothing is good about this place. More
