The customer VIP loyalty program has become a struggle point at Radley Chevrolet. 15 years ago when I implemented the program I never envisioned having a customer base of +14,000 loyal customers. To eliminate the wait times Radley Chevrolet offers customer shuttle service, courtesy vehicle pick up / return and loaner vehicles when available. Last year we added a third LOF rack and additional 4 service technicians to handle VIP Loyalty customers faster. Radley Chevrolet services +25 LOF / state inspection customers along with +75 mechanical repairs daily. However, everyone wants to be first in line and not have to wait. Unfortunately you added another lift but on my last visit there was only 1 technician changing oil all the rest were gone for the day. A great idea would be to service the vehicles of the folks who are receiving VIP rewards for purchasing vehicles at your dealership before anyone else. I didn't expect to be the first in line I just ask why I was told the first appointment available was 2 weeks away, if you can't handle the volume maybe you should offer vouchers to other facility's that can provide oil and lube services if and appointment isn't available for reasonable amount of time.
