This dealership is very so and unprofessional. I had a appointment at 8:30 they didn't start on my truck until 2:30. We called at 11 to check and see what problem did they find and the lady said I had a appointment at 8:30 they didn't start on my truck until 2:30. We called at 11 to check and see what problem did they find and the lady said the mechanic was on lunch. We called back again at 2 and he was still on lunch break, so that's when we decided to go up there and speak with someone face to face and we still ended up waiting another 30 mins cause the mechanic hadn't never started on the truck. He was only suppose to do a diagnosis test on the truck and the price was $160. When I got my truck the total price was $200 ($193 and some change) that's a total rip off and they didn't do nothing. I looked at my Recipit and the charged a extra $40 just to use the equipment, wouldn't the equipment already be added in the price for $160. Dodge is a whole rip off on any kind of mechanic work. I will definitely not be going back to them for nothing More
