Their service dept. hasn't failed me yet; I really appreciate this since I only have 1 vehicle. They've done regular maintenance, and resolved problems, well. I've never felt anyone tried to misrepresent, or make up, issues. While it has been convenient for me to use a great mobile mechanic recently, my AC needed to be recharged. In their inspection, they also found a noise that I had forgotten about, which began mid-summer, last year. I authorized replacing the motor but when they took it out they found a much simpler issue that was easily resolved and less expensive. Thank you for the honesty and great service! More

Horrible, brought my 2023 Ram in for a check engine light, they said it was maintenance issue, charged me $1250 for an oil change and threatened to code my vin to void my warranty if I didn’t have them light, they said it was maintenance issue, charged me $1250 for an oil change and threatened to code my vin to void my warranty if I didn’t have them Change the oil. Sold me a 2020 ram ecodiesel with 11000 miles in dec 2024. Certified vehicle. Come to find out. It's had numerous body work. A failed seal up on back glass. Cost me 2200.00 to fix bodywork. And now th 2024. Certified vehicle. Come to find out. It's had numerous body work. A failed seal up on back glass. Cost me 2200.00 to fix bodywork. And now they won't repair leaking back glass . Even though they got paid to repair glass in Aug 2024 by Stillantis.and their repair failed. Mind you I paired 41 000 for this truck. Assumed I was buying used certified truck. They did split bill for the repairs to inferior body work after I had 2 bodyshops state they screwed me. And truck had prev damage hidden under inferior paint.. terrible way to treat a customer.
