Sold me a 2020 ram ecodiesel with 11000 miles in dec 2024. Certified vehicle. Come to find out. It's had numerous body work. A failed seal up on back glass. Cost me 2200.00 to fix bodywork. Even though they got paid to repair glass in Aug 2024 by Stillantis.and their repair failed. Mind you I paired 41 000 for this truck. Assumed I was buying used certified truck. They did split bill for the repairs to inferior body work after I had 2 bodyshops state they screwed me. And truck had prev damage hidden under inferior paint.. terrible way to treat a customer. More

Took my truck in to get recalls and alignment done, was told several different stories that it could be done without issue as I have had trouble getting it done because Dodge welded the drag link. Told me told several different stories that it could be done without issue as I have had trouble getting it done because Dodge welded the drag link. Told me my truck was done after 4 days, keeping it over the weekend and also told me they would need to keep it over the weekend so they could get alignment done on Monday. So I went 4 days without my truck for 1 day of service work and never communicated the alignment issue till I ask on the day I picked it up and there was no resolution with a problem Dodge has created with welding the drag link and no way to do an alignment, should have bought a Chevy.
