Service department is not honest! And were unable to fix problem. Claimed codes to be in truck, there was no mention of codes from tech in paper work I received. Had truck looked at by another Dealer. No codes found and had truck fixed in a few minutes…… while I watched there every move. They also didn’t put dash back to gather correctly and greasy finger prints all over the dash! Stacy was great. They didn’t have a truck with the trim/colors/etc I wanted on the lot that fit my budget. He found one in Oregon but before it was sent up here he found out it had been used as a demo and had a lot of miles on it for a new truck. He refused that one knowing I wouldn’t want it (he was correct). Instead he had them send one that had way more options, including all of the ones I had originally asked for.
