I took my Honda CRV 2001 in for service and I'm a very satisfied customer. The receptionist knew her job, her service times and costs. I brought my car in for servicing and they left my hazard flashers on for over TWO HOURS and killed the battery where the service tech had to use a portable jumper to start the car! This is a Honda battery flashers on for over TWO HOURS and killed the battery where the service tech had to use a portable jumper to start the car! This is a Honda battery that I have never had trouble with. Once a battery is fully drained of a charge it is never the same. I was so upset I took my car without having the servicing done. This the worst experience I have had a at Honda dealership in DECADES! I will not be using them for any future servicing or car purchases in the future!! Simply incompetent. More
