Horrible service department! The service department does not communicate and just plain horrible service. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go elsewhere. They have had my 2015 Outback for two weeks and have not fixed it. They finally gave up and ordered a new part - which has taken over a week to arrive (still not here) but the worst part is dealing with them. They act like I'm bothering them when I call - because they don't call me. This is warranty work and I've gotten multiple stories about why it's taking so long. Bottom line is, I do not trust these people. They care about selling cars, not about customers. More

i guess not all Subaru service departments are not bad I bought new 2015 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Puyallup so I was taking to Puyallup service department for everything, but after i realize they don't I bought new 2015 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Puyallup so I was taking to Puyallup service department for everything, but after i realize they don't take good care of customer's vehicle, I took my car into Subaru of Auburn, and made me realize how bad puyallup dealer service department was. Subaru of Auburn service department's service was great. it i kept Outback, i will be taking into Subaru of Auburn service department for sure. More
