He was warm and friendly, always greeted me with a big welcome and was always available to answer my questions, give me additional information, and repeat explanations when I didn’t understand. Most of all, he was knowledgeable and very interested in understanding my requirements and matching those to the proper car selection. He helped me make the choices and then gave me many opportunities to review them. I feel that I not only got a great car, but also a great price and a great trade-in. When I purchased my Lexus ES350 this week, it was with complete confidence that I had picked the right car, the right features, and the right dealership. I was taken on a test drive on the first visit and then again when I pick up the car. Kevin took the time to explain all the features of the new car. The CT200H is very different from most cars. He also may sure I remove all my personal belonging from my RX350 Lexus, which I also liked very much. Michelle Gonzales, Michelle was also knowledgeable about the finances of the new car purchase. Rallye was the third Lexus dealership I visited. I was shopping for a 1-2 year old CT but was fed up with dealers who have a car but try to sell me something else or put pressure on me to buy without givi shopping for a 1-2 year old CT but was fed up with dealers who have a car but try to sell me something else or put pressure on me to buy without giving a good deal. Kevin was the first dealer in my car shopping process who did not put pressure and used his sense of humor to make the experience the least scary and painful as it can possibly be. He also established customer relationship that did not end with the sale. He encouraged to stay in touch and helped out when I encountered problems with the car or paperwork. He followed up on how I was doing after few weeks of driving. That is how he was with me: humorous and helpful. He is a very good salesperson and a very nice person that I am not afraid to call when in trouble. More

A good salesman should be able to adapt to the type of client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I have a million questions, then spend time and answer them i client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I am looking at one vehicle and you think you may have something that is a better fit for me, then by all means suggest it. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about his product. Many of you know this is sometimes rare among car salespeople. Kevin patiently answered all of my questions and then some. He took care of all the paperwork and details quickly and efficiently. I am new to the Lexus brand. Between the vehicles themselves and the service I received from Kevin, I am probably here to stay. More
