When I came in to pick up the car Kevin was very professional. He was organized and had all the paper work ready for my signature. Kevin did not like the sound of the wind shield wipers so he brought the car back to the shop to have them changed. This is my third Lexus. I have been pleased with all of them. When I asked Kevin to pop the trunk so I would know how do it he noticed my net and first aid kit were missing. Again he went back in the rain and saw to it that I had these items. I can only say excellent things about the way I was treated by Kevin. He knows every function of the car and how to explain it to a novice. More
