After buying 4 vehicles from Ralph Honda I am very shocked, upset, and sad about the lack of service to help fix problems with my Pilot., one of which was a recall problem supposedly fixed, and it is shocked, upset, and sad about the lack of service to help fix problems with my Pilot., one of which was a recall problem supposedly fixed, and it is not! There is one more recall that needs to be fixed too when they get parts, which has been over 6 months and won’t have parts until Fall. Hmmm what happens when this recall supposedly gets fixed and continues to have problems! I have always had good service until now, which makes me feel like an unappreciated customer who is bothering service to try and figure out the problems. my husband was told “how much more time are we going to spend on this car? Really???? We are done. More
I was receiving an alert regarding the Air Bag restraint system on my 2016 Honda Accord. Ralph Honda could not schedule me for service that day but arranged to have me bring my car in immediately to run com system on my 2016 Honda Accord. Ralph Honda could not schedule me for service that day but arranged to have me bring my car in immediately to run computer codes to determine the problem. It was found that the sensor for my restraint system was failing. They needed to order that replacement part and arranged an appointment convenient to my schedule to make the replacement. Each of the two service personnel I met on both occasions were thoughtful, pleasant, and very efficient men who fully informed me of cost, appointment duration, and made the entire experience very comfortable.
