Not really happy with my visit, came in for 2nd oil change and tire rotation, 1st visit was done by my husband back on April 8, 2025, because we were headed on vacation. I called and set up appointment with Ryan on Tuesday , August 4, to schedule appointment on Friday, August 8th at 10:00 AM. Showed up for appointment and was not scheduled. Waited over 2 hours for job to be done. Not happy with service department. More
Dealership didn't fix my issue. Incomplete repair that caused engine codes. Because reinstall was not complete. After 4 times of our vehicle being in for service and about 30 days without the vehicle. It's still not fixed. More
