I remember they showed me and told me about the Car Fax about a dent in the car possibly from a shopping cart but they didn't tell me they didn't fix the dent. That's like if the Car fax said the vehicle w about a dent in the car possibly from a shopping cart but they didn't tell me they didn't fix the dent. That's like if the Car fax said the vehicle was in a wreck and it sustain damages to the passenger's side of the vehicle that required the replacement of bumper and realignment of the steering but they didn’t repair it. Usually it's fixed before it's sold to the next person and the Car Fax is documentation the vehicle was in an accident. The pictures they sent me before agreeing to purchase the vehicle do not show the dent in the side of the car. The Car Fax says it was a minor dent at the front of the vehicle but in reality it's not the front it’s on the driver’s side of the vehicle and it's easily visible from a distance. The Salesman appeared to be concerned and said they would speak with someone and get back with me but they didn’t. As I mentioned to the Salesman, “And no I didn't stop anywhere before coming home, I was not in an accident going home and I haven't driven it since yesterday when I drove back from there. So in reality you or whomever were being deceptive and not honest with me about everything.” and “Thank you for asking after the sale. It shows you're trying to be better than the vast majority of the Car Salespeople out there. Usually they don't care after the vehicle is sold and they make every excuse not to fix the issues. You're definitely over the rest. Thanks” but once again they did not get back with me and they haven’t attempted to repair the dent. I remember the sales lady that had me sign the paperwork tried to get me to sign a blank title and when I refused and asked her to fill out the basic information she told me I could trust them and no one is dishonest there but in reality they are dishonest.
