I had previously taken my vehicle to my local Nissan dealer, where I purchased it with an extended warranty and was told the issues I was looking to get fixed, were not issues at all. They failed to che dealer, where I purchased it with an extended warranty and was told the issues I was looking to get fixed, were not issues at all. They failed to check any of these items, nor did they contact the warranty provider as they stated. I contacted Ramsey Nissan, who is the next closest to where I live in Rockland County. I explained the details of my experience with the service representative, Aaron, who not only explained what their process was but how Ramsey goes about dealing with the warranty provider. He then said they could take the car the following day. Having just left it with my local dealer for 5 days with nothing even being inspected, this was amazing. I explained to Aaron I would need a loaner of comparable size as my vehicle. He assured me that he would secure the loaner and he did. The car needed several parts that needed to be ordered and Aaron explained he had contacted the warranty holder and went into detail on what would be covered and what wouldn’t and why? I could not have been more satisfied with the open line of communication. When I picked up my vehicle, Aaron went over everything again with my invoice and made sure I understood what else may need to be done in the future. Before I could even finish the paperwork a loaner car was ready for me, free of charge, and my car was not only repaired in a timely manner but was left cleaner than when I arrived.
