My Review of Ramsey Subaru, Inc.:
I got internet quotes from several dealers, including this one. I decided to drive to the three best quotes I got and check out the car, 2009 LL Bean Forester. I was expecting to see the car and basically get the numbers on paper before I make my final decision, where to buy the car. So after driving for an hour to get to this dealership, I was practically asked to leave by the salesperson, because I told him that I was comparing prices between dealerships. I was told to make them the last stop. Come on! I drove for an hour and your asking me to comeback? Other dealers I went to were very happy to show me the car and sit down do the numbers for the car. This is a customer based business and you should value the time of the paying customer more, than you value your time. That day, you lost a customer for life. I bought the car from another dealership.

WOW RAMSEY SUBARU IS THE BEST SUBARU DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO AND I WENT TO 5 OR 6 BEFORE I BOUGHT MY FORESTER. CLAYTON GAVE ME AN AWESOME DEAL, HE WAS SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE YOU COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER SALES TEAM.

This dealership had the car i wanted at the right price it was a used car it the car was much lower then the blue book value and so far so goo the only thing i have to complain about is everyone in that dealership is a little bit slow and odd it like a time warp like usuallly car salesmen r pushy and overpowering ramsey subaru is not u have to force them to see a car that you may like and if u buy a car fom them dont except anything in a timely manner with thim it took them over 20 days to get my plates and also the tepor plates were expired when i finally recived the real plates another think is wich is odd is i had to pay for a remote for the car that like 70 bucks there i though maye the dealership should cover that but guess not i also got the car serviced from them to get the caroil chnged and everything cleaned up on the car was 146 buck i can deal with that concidering i got the car for well below blue book value overall they were a decent dealership i wouldnt get my car serviced from them b.c they r just all way to slow with everything they all seem lik hippies .
also for there parts department sucks really bad i wanted a part for my car it was a dummy peice for the heated seats because my car doesent have heated seats i asked the guy if he could order it let me mind u this was a 5$ part so it wasnt a big deal the man had no idea what i was talking about i hung up with thinking that maybe they dont make the part so i endedn up calling bill kolb in Rockland county ny and the guy there told me no problem i know exactally what you r talking about it will be in 3 days. well so much for ramsey the sales end of the deal no comlaints the service was just ok not great just ok and the parts department come on get with it.
