The service department was prompt to set up my appointment and quick with the installation of the brakes. The sign outside the Quick Lane service shop says " Pull inside for service". I did that and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came out to my car, even though I could see 4 or 5 people inside at the se inside for service". I was just having an oil change and inspections. The service writer was friendly enough. We did not drive the car for a day after having it serviced. When my wife went to get in the car she noticed that the drivers seat was soiled, like the service technician did not cover the seat and sat on it with dirty, greasy clothes. No we have to clean the seat. I'm not certain I will go back to Randall Ford or if I will drive to another dealer. I have a 2020 Ranger pick up with a service agreement which needs service as well. More

These people have no communication. They were going to put in a used transmission that was covered under warenty. They received the transmission and said they would contact me when they They were going to put in a used transmission that was covered under warenty. They received the transmission and said they would contact me when they were ready for my car. It took them 3 months to contact me so I took my car in the day the job was going to be done they called saying the seal on the transmission was broken and the warenty won't pay it because it's now expired so I needed to pay an extra 300 dollars for the part and labor.....they had my transmission for 3 months! They should have inspected it within a timely manner. Needless to say with multiple phone calls to the dealership and my warenty company they fixed the seal and I ended up paying like 30 dollars more than the original quote but....they told me the warenty paid for half my diagnostics fee so they would credit that towards my bill but I never seen that money back? I just paid it and held my tongue I was just ready to have my car back and be done with these people. I understand this is a very demanding frustrating job at times but they do not communicate. They talk to you like you don't know anything and make you feel dumb and they are just very inconsiderate I would never buy from ford ever again in my whole life! I've never felt more disrespected or taken advantage of more than I have at the zumbrota ford in mn where I got this car and the randall ford where my car was fixed. Worst experience! More
