Had problems with the My Touch system of my 2011 Edge, which other dealerships were unable to correct. I took it to Randall Ford and they were able to completely correct the problem. They kept me up to da which other dealerships were unable to correct. I took it to Randall Ford and they were able to completely correct the problem. They kept me up to date through the whole process, and let me know exactly what the problem was. It's a great vehicle and I'm so happy it's working properly! More
