Mike was knowledgeable, down to earth, and professional without the high pressure sales pitch we usually get from most car dealerships. He spent about 4 hours with us discussing options and looked for the color combination that my husband really wanted. We ended up choosing a vehicle that they had in stock and Mike was able to wrap the deal up and have the car ready for us within 2 hours, just in time for a prior commitment that we had.
