Everyone else at the dealership was very courteous and seems very focused good service, from the receptionist who welcomed me to the chasers who helped me get the car to Manhattan. You still need to do your homework to make sure they have the car you want and that you get a good deal, especially if leasing or financing. If you do, I'm sure you'll have an exceptionally good buying experience here. Once again a very good experience and would highly recommend both Gene and this dealership. More

Best Experience Ever! I have bought several Range Rovers and my lease was coming due. I received a call from my previous dealership to come in and trade my old car for a ne I have bought several Range Rovers and my lease was coming due. I received a call from my previous dealership to come in and trade my old car for a new one at the same leased amount. This was not the case when I went in to visit with the dealership. I was extremely frustrated and totally disheartened by the dealership and the service I received. I Remembered running into a women that had mentioned that I should call the Ray Catena dealership that they were wonderful to work with. I called over there and was transferred to Michael Burnside. I have to say no more.... He took all my information down, asked what car I would like to get into and he made it happen in 5 days! It was the best experience I have ever had. He is extremely professional, gave me a quote and did not go back on it, answered all my questions and got back to me immediately. I will never work with anyone else except Michael!
