Good Experience I went looking at Ray Chevrolet for a specific 2019 Silverado 2500hd, it had a great price listed on there website. Zach Point was my salesman. He wa I went looking at Ray Chevrolet for a specific 2019 Silverado 2500hd, it had a great price listed on there website. Zach Point was my salesman. He was the first one that greeted me and he was a pleasure to work with. All the other employees were friendly and helpful also. The only issue I had is it took a long time, but the whole place was packed with people buying vehicles. More

Buy a truck. Tony worked with me on my truck and my trade in and made it a very good experience even when we couldn’t make the deal happen in the end I would like Tony worked with me on my truck and my trade in and made it a very good experience even when we couldn’t make the deal happen in the end I would like to take the time to thank Tony for everything he did for me today and let him know how much I appreciate his work. The problem with the deal was that the sales manager sold me the truck for a agreed price and payment and signed the papers and I drove the truck home only to get a phone call from Tony telling me that the price went up? And if I wanted to keep the truck I would have to pay more money what a xxxx deal from the sales managers to do they should have kept their word and kept the deal we had made and signed so I drove another hour to pick up my trade rather than pay more but that’s why I will never recommend Ray Chevrolet in fact I would tell them my experience at this dealership!!! And I still haven’t had any calls from the managers to try to make it happen or make it right so instead of a return customer they lost one and anyone else that asks me. More

Fast and easy I had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle through John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, Illinois. John was so easy to speak with and immediatel I had the pleasure of purchasing my vehicle through John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, Illinois. John was so easy to speak with and immediately understood what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was quick to get me out walking the lot, looking at vehicles, and test driving a few. In a short three hours I was able to make my choice and get all the paperwork completed. I would definitely re-visit John on my next purchase! Service wise I was able to work out my upcoming vehicle maintenance with Kyle Miller in the service department.
