Amazing Honestly went to the dealership just to look at vehicles because I wasn't ready to make a final decision yet. When I got there the person I was suppose to meet with wasn't available but Tony was right there to assist me. He listened to all the needs I had and showed me to vehicles that exceeded my expectations. I actually ended up falling in love with the first vehicle he showed me. Tony ended up spending the next 5 hours to make sure I left with that vehicle. I was pretty biased and thought salesmen were the worst but Tony definitely changed my opinion that day. It was a pleasure to work with everyone there and definitely worth the hour drive. I have already recommended Ray Chevrolet to some of my friends because they see the awesome vehicle I got to go home with. I just want to thank everyone there especially Tony for helping me get into such a great vehicle. More

Professional and timely! I recently took my girlfriends car into Ray Chevrolet (although I bought at the sister dealership, Raymond) for some warranty work. We have a 2012 Equ I recently took my girlfriends car into Ray Chevrolet (although I bought at the sister dealership, Raymond) for some warranty work. We have a 2012 Equinox that wouldn’t start randomly. I loaded on our car trailer and towed it over to the local dealer, and believe me, they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. John Geary (a service advisor here) even came out with his porter and personally helped me unload the trailer. Mind you this is at 5pm on a Friday! I wasn’t in a big hurry, and understand this is a larger dealership, so I told John to not worry about rushing it in. What did he make happen? By 10am on Saturday morning they not only had my car diagnosed already, but also repaired. John went above and beyond to get this taken care of for us, and coming from the service industry, this says a lot about a dealership. 10/10 stars, hands down, will definitely be calling John Geary at Ray in fox lake to get it taken care of. More
