Have bought 7 cars in 3 yrs and have to eat interest charges Trying to cancel warranty also contract had problems when I called Ally for payment arrangement they didn't even have me down as s buyer.They had my f Trying to cancel warranty also contract had problems when I called Ally for payment arrangement they didn't even have me down as s buyer.They had my father and oldest daughter down,no account for myself or other daughter. When I called Ally to cancel I was told my loan had interest acrued interest since Feb 26 with out first payment due Feb 28. Funny received a call from Ally that my contract was pushed back to first payment due April 5 Ally stated dealers fault, but when I called dealership today talked with Vitaly he told Ally fault for a lousy 250 dollars no one can eat? We had to make an extra payment for the car and we are already underwater on car since no one can accept responsibility for a paperwork error...so much for buying & leasing 7 cars with this dealership in the past...no more business from me or my extended family ever again...highly recommend you don't shop there either. More

John Lesniak has been a family friend for many years and I had told him I would come and see him when I wanted to get a new car. My current car being a loss in the accident I had to see him sooner than I expected. Mr. Lesniak was awesome, helping me find a vehicle that could fit my budget and my needs. I got a 2017 Equinox and immediately fell in love with the car. A 4 hour process of signing papers and such was tedious but Mr. Lesnaik made it an easy process throughout and he took care of everything to set me up. More

Mixed experience I was a first time buyer and very excited about my upcoming purchase. The salesman started off super friendly and wonderful, but once the paperwork go I was a first time buyer and very excited about my upcoming purchase. The salesman started off super friendly and wonderful, but once the paperwork got started he was a different man. I would have forms put in front of me and told where to sign, with absolutely no explanation of each form unless I specifically asked. He would then get up and walk off with no explanation. This behavior continued the length of the purchase. Had I not brought my boyfriend and technician I would have been completely overwhelmed. From what I understand, we were dealing with one of their best salesmen and he would be completing several sales simultaneously. Although I do understand this was a busy dealership, as well as the fact that I was a relatively small sale, I certainly felt that just an explanation of what was happening wouldn't have hurt. At one point we wanted to know why my SSN was being run. The salesman simply said "that's how it's done", which frustrated both my boyfriend and the technician. The manager came over shortly after and calmly explained why it was necessary, making us feel far more in control. He was very informative and helpful. Likewise, once we were shifted to the finance department, I had a very pleasant experience as every form was summarized verbally for me and I was allowed to read through all of them and my questions were answered knowledgeably and simply. I felt that I understood every step of that process. Which obviously made it a very positive experience. So overall, the experience was fine but not one I'd rush to go through again. More
