Had a problem with my jeep down-shifting roughly. Service felt it was a broken spark plug and bad coil. Repairs made the issue better, but not perfect. My biggest complaint is that there is a $185 up-front fee to "diagnose" the problem. They now have you on the hook so you can't walk away if you don't agree with or like the prognosis or cost. Went ahead and had them replace 4 spark plugs and 1 coil - all for the low, low price of $780! What do these guys think they are - Brain Surgeons? You can be sure I will not return to this dealer for any kind of routine repairs or maintenance in the future. More
