The staff here is always top notch, the service advisors are always willing to help. He was able to keep his composure and helped and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the repair was extremely expensive in my opinion, for something that is a known issue with my particular vehicle and also a known issue with Chrysler, I had no choice but to get this repaired again for the second time after 6 years.. The heartbroken part of it is about 35 minutes into my drive home. My check engine light came on and now I have to take my truck back again to find out why the check engine light is on. More
As I stated in my text response that you sent me, your technician managed to kick and scuff not only the driver side door panel, but the passenger side as well. I imagine he got the passenger side when he was taking the the wheel lock from the glove box, which he didn't bother putting back. I bought the vehicle new and would like to keep it looking that way. I don't think it's too much to ask for the tech to get in and out of my vehicle without damaging it. I also don't think this will make it on your website, it seems you only post good reviews. More
