I was told that GM requires their dealerships to have this online scheduling. If that's true than there needs to be some kind of notice that it may be overridden by a call in appointment. To take a day off work or reschedule your day because you think you have an appointment and then find out the night before your appointment is scheduled, that you don't have one is xx. This happened once before for an oil change and tire rotation. This may be a more pressing problem with my transmission and I didn't want to take a chance on going any longer than needed. I was able to get in with another dealership that I use to go to but they are almost an hour away. I will reevaluate my options once I cool off. Right now there's nothing Ray Dennison Chevy can do to make me happy. Word of warning for anyone reading this, DO NOT USE THE ONLINE SCHEDULING. IT'S NO GOOD or RELIABLE.
