Our family was visiting the Kalahari water park, and the day of check out, our car tire pressure alarmed was showing low pressure. The staff at the park filled the tire enough for us to make it to Ray Price Ford. The service representative took our information and had the car checked quickly, which it showed a nail in the tire. The tire was not in stock and he had to call his tire manufacturer to have it delivered. It was supposed to arrive at 1:30pm but wasn’t delivered till around 3:30pm. As soon as it arrived, he got the mechanic to work on our car and get the job done quickly. At the time of paying, he only charged us for the tire and not the labor due to the delay in the delivery of the tire. I really wasn’t expecting that and our family really appreciated his hard. He was sincere and saved us money, which is always a blessing in this economy. Thank you for being so caring and understanding our situation. More

I will never step foot in this place EVER AGAIN. Major rip off service dept. My key was stuck in the ignition and I was told that I needed a Ford dealer as it sounded like ignition switch needed to Major rip off service dept. My key was stuck in the ignition and I was told that I needed a Ford dealer as it sounded like ignition switch needed to be replaced and keys would have to be programed. Was told to drop my car off at 8am cost to replace ignition apx 350.00. Diagnostic fee of of 2 hours at 218.00 to tell me it is not the ignition switch but I needed a whole new gear shift because it was not making contact that it was in park so key would not release. Just returned from my mechanic who spent an hour taking gear shift apart and finding something sticky on the contact point, cleaned it all up and key now comes out of ignition with no issues. SHAME ON YOU FORD for trying to rip people off when it was something that simple stopping key from being released. And my mechanic only charged me a total of 35.00 since they felt bad that they suggested I go to Ford without looking at my car first. And they were shocked that your charge was 218.00 and my key was still in the ignition. Ford could have cleaned it and given me my car back with key out of ignition. I was than given price of 689.00 after tax to install new shifter. So to try to charge someone a total of 907.00 after very high diagnostic fee and a whole new shifter when there was only something sticky at the contact point that releases the key. That is just plain old theft! I stopped going here many years ago when after having new tires installed valve stems were leaking. They charged me 80.00 to install new ones that also leaked. Took it to my local mechanic installed new ones for 55.00 and THEY NEVER LEAKED! I suggest you have service done from a good HONEST mechanic and stay away from this RIP YOU OFF very dishonest service department. 907.00 to diagnose my car and put in a part I didn`t need???? Thank God for my honest mechanic, my key comes out of the ignition now, imagine that for only 35.00 and cleaning the contact point vs Fords price of 907.00? Ford should seriously be ashamed of trying to rip people off like this! More

Awful experience I brought my 2015 Sonata in for inspection 35$. Waited 3 hours ended up paying 170$ lied to about prices, very very upset !!!! Damage to Truck door I took my 1993 Ford F 150 pick up for State inspection and check ABS flickering light on the dash board. Before I left the truck in the service a I took my 1993 Ford F 150 pick up for State inspection and check ABS flickering light on the dash board. Before I left the truck in the service area parking lot the driver side door was working without any problem whatsoever. When I picked the truck after diagnostic work, the driver side door was hard to open and started making loud scraping noise when opened and closed. I got the service counter person with his assistant to look at it. They noticed that the door was rubbing against the frame and making scraping noise. Their suggestion was to take it to a body shop to fix it!! The damage happened when the truck was moved from the parking lot by the person who works at the dealership. It is obvious that it was bumped into a barrier or another vehicle when it was being moved into the shop. Unfortunately there is no recourse other than taking my business elsewhere. More

For a while now, I've wanted to get step bars installed on the truck....I looked around online to compare pricing for the step bars and the installation, then I called the Service Department at Ray Price Ford in Mt. Pocono PA and they were able to match the pricing I found online at another dealership. The team members there whom I worked with (Charlie & Rich) were very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. Finally, when the day came to have my step bars installed on my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, all work was performed to my satisfaction, and was completed much faster than I had expected; plus, the price I paid was what I believe to be a fair price overall. THANK YOU Ray Ford of Mt. Pocono for an excellent customer service experience with your SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I will contiue to bring my truck there for service. Keep up the good work. More
