I cannot say enough about the Ray Skillman Kia Northeastside service team’s performance! It all started with Tyler True’s quarterbacking multiple fixes (oil leak, flat tire) within a very tight t Northeastside service team’s performance! It all started with Tyler True’s quarterbacking multiple fixes (oil leak, flat tire) within a very tight timeline, due to our road trip scheduled in two days! Nicolas K identified the oil leak issue and Tyler had the part by the next day. To further complicate things, we were waiting for a tire ordered at Ray Skillman Westside that got delayed in shipping. Tyler was able to work in a tire inspection (confirming the damage couldn’t be patched) and then later, a tire replacement when we realized the matching tire would not arrive in time. In addition to fielding all my hectic calls and texts, and doing top notch work, the team had us checked out and on the road five minutes after arriving in the loaner car. I can’t thank Tyler and the rest of the team enough for making our vacation happen! While it’s a longer drive from our home, this experience and the team’s dedication to customer satisfaction will have me coming back for all my service needs, hopefully with less drama! More
