I went in there unsure about what I wanted, but they were patient and helpful. I told them what I wanted and what my price range was and Zack helped me find the right car to fit it. They answered all my questions thoroughly, which is great since this is the first time I have bought a new car, and there was absolutely no pressure! I look forward going back there in the future and I would recommend this dealership, and Zack, to anybody.

We did extensive research for a vehicle to lease which had the best gas mileage, safety, and looked sporty, too. We found it all at Mazda in the 2014 CX-5. Zach Ashby helped us find just the right model for our budget and kept in communication throughout the process (we took a week to decide). We had misgivings about car dealerships and how we had been burned using a dealer in the past...we wanted to lease so we knew we'd have to face a dealership again. Our fears and distrust were alleviated by Zach and Eric Murphy, the finance manager. Zach even said to us, "We're not smoke and mirrors here." I believe that, now. We walked in the door with queasiness but we left with a great experience and a great car! Thank you for a different experience.

Zack Ashby was very professional and friendly, and he did a great job answering all my questions about 2014 Mazda6. He was very informative and patience. I would recommend my family and friend to go see him when they are ready to buy a car. In addition to that, this was my first visit for Rayskillman, I would recommend this dealership to anyone is looking for a fair price for his trade-in and his new car as well. The managers (Yanni, Dave and Eric) were great and very helpful. They were very patience and work hard to close my deal.

I stopped in to test drive some toy cars about a month before, and Josh was my salesman. Not pushy, took his time with me, let me out the door when I was ready to go. But what he did that set him apart was additional contact with me. After that initial visit he would send me an email here and there, not pushy, not too often, with some options that I could consider. My circumstance changed and I was looking for a new primary car. I had decided upon a 2013 Hyundai Azera and made an appointment with Josh to come see it. Several hours later, with a good price in hand after an honest negotiation I had my vehicle. Josh and his sales manger Nate were upfront with me on incentives, and where they had to be to sell the car. I appreciate honesty and integrity in a negotiation almost as much as the final price, and these guys delivered.

Josh also tailored his approach to my style. When I needed questions answered, he had the answer. He didn't talk too much and when I was studying numbers and talking out loud... he was patient and never let an ounce of frustration show. He let me drive the car as much as I needed to be comfortable. He personally ensured the agreed upon items in the sale were completed that afternoon even after I gave him until the next day to do it, enabling me to take the car home that night with me. He walked me through all the manuals and features of the vehicle after the sale. He had made his money at that point, and could have just chucked them at me and told me to figure it out - but he didn't.

Dave the finance manager was also good to work with and laid out several options for me. He also showed a great degree of patience as I reviewed all the documents he put in front of me. When I found a minor discrepancy, he fixed it without drama or theatrics. He took care of the customer.

Sorry for a long winded review (I promise I am not related to Josh), but I had a great experience. He made it easier to part with a lot of money and to feel good about it in the process. I would recommend seeking out Josh Guzman for any needs you may have at Ray Skillman West Side Auto Mall.
