My Review of Ray Skillman West Auto Mall:
For months I had been monitoring internet pricing on the Ford Edge (Plus and Limited) and was coming to the conclusion that 2007-2008 models would be all our budget would allow. Finding a 2009 Limited with a great price offered at the Skillman Westside Auto Mall brought us to the dealership where we received very good help in closing the deal from Avery Lyons. We had a couple of things that needed repair and that's where I had the pleasure of working with Greg Kaiser. I would say that prior to knowing Greg and the Skillman team my take on dealership service departments was skeptical at best. I've never had someone so genuine and clear in explaining the issues and fixes. Greg and team were thoroughly dedicated to getting the repairs completed to our satisfaction. Thanks for restoring a confidence that great service still does exist and it can be found at Skillman!

Nate was very friendly, didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision. Spent a lot of time with me showing me different cars. The dealership gave me great service when detailing the car and even removed the door ding that I didn't see when I purchased the car.

Every time I visit the dealership for my regular maintenance on the car, I am treated with smiling courteous team members. Robin is always kind enough to explain in details what I need and extremely informative. I love dealing with Robin and her team because I know I can trust them!
I am always greeted by many Team members as I wait for my car to get done. David Pittman always makes a point to say Hello and chat with me.
I have bought the last two cars from Ray Sjillman and I will do it again when I'm ready .

My Review of Ray Skillman West Auto Mall:
A dry was dry knowledgeable and patient as we looked at several different models and test drove two different cars. He patiently explained the various options and quickly got answers the couple times he was unsure of the exact answer. Definitely will be back and am sorry I didn't come here a month ago when I was looking for another car. Between Avery, Chad, John, and Dave we felt very comfortable and confident we got a fair deal and we were treated professionally. Thanks guys, we'll be back!

I can call Jim and get my Ford Escape in for service the same or next day. They are very concerned that I leave a statisfied customer and go out of their way to show me that I am valued. They let me know, upon inspecting my car, if there is more work that should be done, but they let me make that call. And I appreciate them not trying to 'sell me more' than is needed or warrented. Great Job!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for service on the Escape than 'Ray Skillman' auto group!!

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new KIA Soul from the Ray Skillman Westside Automall. This was actually our second car purchased here, the first being a certified pre-owned Nissan. For our KIA, Will Thomas worked with us on our purchase. He was a real pleasure to do business with. My Review of Ray Skillman West Auto Mall:
I bought my first car from here. I was still in high school and had no credit. So they worked with me and put me on a program to help build my credit. Before I knew it, I had graduated and was ready for a new car. I came back to see Colt Key, my original salesman. I came in with a few cars in mind. While test driving those vehicles, Colt was able to get me approved for a brand new car because the program helped build my credit. I arrived with an '03 Saturn and left with a brand new Mitsubishi, something I didn't think would be possible. But Mr. Key made it possible for me. He even saved me some money. I would highly recommend Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall as the place to go if you're thinking about getting a vehicle. Colt Key is the man to see!
