Took it back in for repairs, no communications between teams, overall system review showed that the windshield wipers were in great condition, even though one of them was missing and the rear one needs replacement. Care returned from service filthy. Would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone looking at Hyundai's. More

My experience with this dealership was incredibly poor. For starters, all of their used vehicles are sold on an as-is, final sale basis and do not come with any sort of a dealership warranty. Which is fine For starters, all of their used vehicles are sold on an as-is, final sale basis and do not come with any sort of a dealership warranty. Which is fine, except there were issues with my vehicle that were not communicated that would have allowed me to make a more informed decision about purchasing the vehicle. Things like AC/Heat issues, issues with the touch screen, entertainment center, and other electronics, a brake fluid leak, and other issues, all of which they had to have known about since the vehicle was in their possession for over a month and a half at the time of my purchase. When I called to ask if these issues could be looked at and addressed I was told there was nothing they could do since it was a used vehicle. (I did purchase an extended warranty and used that to offset the cost of these repairs for what was covered). Second, my partner was not given the purchase paperwork when they picked up the vehicle, I had to go in person and wait for over an hour and a half for the finance department to find my paperwork. Lastly, I was told that I would receive a phone call when my registration sticker was ready for pick up. I waited two months and called several times, always leaving a message, but never received a call back. Finally, almost four months later I was able to get confirmation that my sticker was ready for pickup. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never consider purchasing from them again. When I purchased my used Jeep a few years ago from another dealership in town, (Gunn Nissan) you would have thought that I bought the most expensive car on the lot with how well they treated me. 6 months of free oil changes, a one year dealership warranty, they fixed a tail light and AC issue that popped up within the first month of my purchase. The sales associate followed up on all of my paperwork, put my plates and sticker on for me, and called a few times over the course of the next three months to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle. I will be going back there from now on. More
I had to ask to get them to give me the credit for the Hyundai free services. I guess they would have been quite happy to charge this to me and then claim it themselves. Its been a constant headache every time! From scheduling, to basic oil and tire rotation. We have went to the other red mccombs hyundai dealership locations as well. Absolutely zero customer service at each location. We paid extra for costco auto service/warranty at sale for 60 months 5k mile oil changes. Every time a service advisor would argue with us even with providing paperwork of the agreement for basic service. Oil and tire rotations shouldn't take 2-3hrs! On earlier morning scheduled appointments. We just got screwed and billed $138 for oil & tire rotation that took 2.5hrs! Service advisor claimed the paperwork for costco additional service agreement for oil and tire rotation is out of coverage. Clearly states 60 months of oil changes every 5k miles. Going put a hold on the charge as fraud at this point! More
